Walden School Health & Phys Ed

I am delighted to be returning for my fifth year here at Walden. This is such a warm and connected school that is full of truly great adults and students. My main focuses in both my physical education and health classes are to show and promote all of the benefits that are behind living a healthy life style. I like to use challenges that are both mental and physical to all of my students in both subject areas, but make sure that each child can be successful. Learning about different movements that we may do with our bodies, healthy concepts and many safety situations are some of the many areas that are visited in both my inside and outside classrooms.

I have a Bachelors degree in Allied Health Science (endorsed in Physical Education) from Lyndon State College and am currently working towards my Masters in Education through the University of Southern New Hampshire. I am a strong advocate for staying fit and enjoy participating in many different athletic events. But my true love is spending quality time with my family, especially my Wife Magen and our new son Grayson. You may also see me running around on the roads of Lyndon, as I am a coach of the college XC running teams. I am sure that this year will be full of many exciting adventures in learning and I look forward to jumping in with the kids!
